Hirshleifers accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain luxury items, evening wear, and final sale selections may be subject to specific eligibility restrictions.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal or contact our personal shopping team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all security tags and brand labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Affix Shipping Label

Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided with your RA confirmation to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Processing and Refund

Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
